1. Per your request, all male members of the band will wear black formal attire, and the female members will wear black dresses.

2. Per your request we will announce you and your wedding party as you enter your reception, and make general announcements, such as the cutting of the cake, removal of the garter, the departure of the bride and groom.

3. Take request from our repertoire prior to the reception to be performed.

4. Provide recorded music while the band is on break, or play music that you provide.

5. Learn your special songs for your first dance and or the father daughter dance.

6. Work with you or your wedding coordinator or planner to ensure a smooth and successful wedding reception. We also contact the venue to go over the placement of the band, when is the best time for the band to arrive, where do we load in and what route do we bring the equipment in.

7. Will offer any help or suggestions to make your day, your day.

8. No inappropriate language, actions, or dress by the band.

9. No drinking, or smoking at your function by the band. Also, no eating by the band unles you extend this offer prior to the function date.
